Premature Ejaculation! A problem that men hate to face! An issue thats difficult to talk about amongst men. But what does it mean exactly? Well.. to but it simply, Premature ejaculation (PE) means ejaculating too quickly when having sexual intercourse with your partner. Its actually the one of the most common problems of all sexual problems.

In a recent survey that was carried out amongst thousands of men, as much as 10% of them said the often or at least sometimes had this trouble when performing sexual activity with their lover.

Premature Ejaculation is mostly common amongst young males. Young men are more prone to premature ejaculation. However, as these young men grow older and age a bit, they are generally able to get better control as they grow older. 

The average lasting time for men with a premature ejaculation problem is about 1.8 minutes whilst making love.
Men that don't suffer from PE are able to last approximately 7.3 minutes. Then there are men that claim that they have premature ejaculation issues and yet these men can last up to 25 minutes. So this indicates that men do have different ideas about what premature ejaculation really is.

There are plenty of couples who would regard intercourse that lasts under 20 minutes as unsatisfactory! They would simply feel that any sexual intercourse that lasts under 10 minutes or there about's would be regarded as a case definitive case of premature ejaculation. So if you or your partner feel that orgasm is perhaps happening a little too quickly, then there is some degree of premature ejaculation going on.

PE does matter in most cases amongst relationships. Why does it matter? Well... simply because premature ejaculation can make your partner feel unhappy and perhaps feel a little bit on the frustrated side. It can even damage and ruin marriages because it kills off the sex life between the married couple.

There are even some cases where the man can't even have sexual intercourse because he will ejaculate before he enters his partners vagina! As you can imagine, this really knocks a mans confidence when this type of condition occurs. Its also a disappointing and frustrating situation for the mans partner too.


What Causes Premature Ejaculation?

Many experts suggest that PE is inherited it from their fathers who of course, had the same problem. However, we believe that "nerves" play a huge role in the part of premature ejaculation. If you are nerves when you are having sex with your partner, you will certainly come too quickly.

When you consume alcohol into your body, you ease the nerves you perhaps would have felt if you did not consume alcohol. When you ease your nerves, you become relax and less conscious about PE and therefore you can last longer performing sexual intercourse. However, while this is a solution and a short term at that... we believe that consuming alcohol is not a treatment recommended for premature ejaculation.
